The Perfect Exam Pen!

instore with czipkid

Sitting for exams can be nerve wracking-and it is. Even more so, if it requires you to come up with an essay or a thesis within two hours or less, or requires tedious calculations. Ever written a whole page, and you can't even read your writing because the ink is running dry, or if the pen smudges-well think worst case scenario!

Nevertheless, here's a quick answer to stressful times. Nope, it's not that exams are forever banished, I wish so too! =)

Stabilo, has cleverly come up with a pen, that can actually TELL YOU the "health status" of your pen. Introducing the Stabilo Exam Pen; part of the ever growing Stabilo Exam Grade family!

EG

588FT

As seen on TV, the Exam pen comes with aPage Indicator Icon that tells you the writing length of the ballpoint pen. This writing length is derived from Stabilo Internal Testing Standards.

Page Indicator
Green indicates that it is all ready and raring to go, with the max of 80 pages for your pen to scribble on.
Blue indicates that you have more than enough ink for 65 more pages
Orange gives you a balanced reading, with still doing well, and 50 pages available
Yellow has you worried with "ink running low" signal, at just 35 pages left
And Red with the DANGER sign is the time to change signal!!

Available in blue and black, the pen writes really smooth and has really good qualities! Definitely makings of a great pen! Not just for exams but for everyday use:

Saturday Nights @ CzipLee

For the past Saturday nights, we at CzipLee and the patrons of Bangsar have been treated to a very special after hours performance by this very talented group of artists. They are from the Bantus Capoeira Malaysia! They are not just any normal artists, they are CAPOEIRA artists!

Capoeira is a Brazilian fight-dance, game, and martial art created by enslaved Africans during the 19th Century [1] Participants form a roda (circle) and take turns playing instruments, singing, and sparring in pairs in the centre of the circle. The game is marked by fluid acrobatic play, feints, subterfuge, and extensive use of groundwork, as well as sweeps, kicks, and headbutts. Less frequently, elbow-strikes, slaps, punches, and body-throws are used. Technique and strategy are the key elements to playing a good game. Capoeira has three main styles, known as "regional", "Angola", and the less-well defined "contemporanea". (Source: WIKI of course!)

At first glance, Carl Ring Index Tab may look like just any normal indexing tool but its more than that! Suitable for notebooks, photo albums, porftolios, catalogues etc., it is a great help in organising ring-styled books and binding rings!

ring index

How does it work?

As illustrated in the pictures below, just attach the top two hooks of the Ring Index Tab to rings of a notebook or binding ring. Then attached the remaining hooks to the rings. If you were to use index seals, put the seal on before attaching the hooks to the rings

Pilot Hi-Tec-C Coletos!

instore with czipkid

We were anticipating the arrival of these new (well, not so new in other parts of the world) but very new to us here:

hitec-c-coleto_main

The Coleto is actually an empty pen barrel that you insert two ink cartridges to:

P-LHKC10C-NC

There are a number of different color cartridges available in either 0.3mm or 0.4mm so you can customize the color combinations to your heart’s content.

LHKRF-10C3-CRPLHKRF-10C3-CLLHKRF-10C3-VLHKRF-10C3-RLHKRF-10C3-PLHKRF-10C3-PLHKRF-10C3-LLHKRF-10C3-LLHKRF-10C3-BPLHKRF-10C3-BNLHKRF-10C3-BBLHKRF-10C3-BLHKRF-10C3-BLHKRF-10C3-AO

The strength of the Coleto is that it holds two ink cartidges and as slim and as comfortable as a pen that holds just one, (it is barely thicker than the original Hi-Tec-C).
Come on in, choose your two favourite Hi-Tec C colours, open the top of the pen and pop them in!
