Wow! We’re almost a month into the new year, 2009 already! Can’t believe time has swished by so fast, with 2008 gone in almost a blink of an eye. Just to share with you some of Cziplee’s efforts in the past year, and a few hints on what we will be up to this 2009:

CzipLee celebrated 40 years of family run Goodness!

From our humble beginnings way back in 1968, CzipLee turned 40 years old! We’ve definitely come a long way and all this would not have been possible withour YOUR support! Thank you! Here’s to the next 40 years! =)

CzipLee has reached …4,000+people.

Just three years into the Bangsar branch, and we’ve already signed up to 4,000+ people into our CzipCard loyalty programme. The multi coloured lined card is certainly a trademark in our store, entitling users to discounts on almost everything in CzipLee except stationery (which is already really affordable) and magazines as well.

CZIPLEE REOPENS LOYALTY PROGRAMME, FEB 2009: Good news for those who are keen to sign up but missed the opportunity, come back with your RM 200.00 accumulated receipts (regardless of timeframe), this Feb 2009, and we’ll add you to our Loyalty Card Programme. Card is valid for a lifetime.

Cziplee knows…Your name.

Check your emails from CzipLee, and you’ll notice that we have customised our emails, by addressing it to you, on first name basis. Being personal, and meeting your needs is what we try to do best.

CzipKid, has…a family.

Being a lone mascot is certainly not easy, especially with the various ads and promotions CzipKid has to appear in! We’ve since added on more characters, to boost to the CzipLee mascot family. CzipLee www…revamped.

Check out our spanking new website, with our designers having been put to work, to make it easier on the eye, and much more interactive. We’ve also added in more features, with CzipLee actually twittering LIVE, so add us to your twitter list, to find out more about what we’re up to. You can also pose questions to us LIVE, and we’ll try our best to TWITTER BACK ASAP.

We’re also working on adding in more of the brands that we carry instore into the website as well!

CzipLee Bangsar upstairs…reorganised. Mommy,women and kids haven.

Step right up, to find yourself surrounded by your favourite writers, cooking books, children series, educational toys/games/CDs and loads more. CzipLee is catering more towards the women and children segment, so we’ve made it as cosy as possible, more space for the kids to read their books as well as bookshelves being arranged in a certain way to ensure kids NEVER STAY OUTTA SIGHT.

Of course, CzipLee is also well known for our range of school books, what you can’t find elsewhere, you might just be able to spot it right here. Otherwise, let us know – we’ll try our best to get them in for you!

CzipLee adds on..more brands and variety.

To keep ourselves as current with the market, we’ve brought in a lot more brands and variety. To name a few that has already hit our shelves: Artmakr, Nala Design, Betty Bibs, Quadrille, ‘Ryland, Peters & Small’, and Potter Style. With many more brands and new products lined-up for the year, 2009 is going to be fun!
