To become a Member, you must accumulate a minimum of RM 100 of receipts within 30 days.
Your Teacher/Educator ID is required for registration
CzipCard KiDs (for Kids 12 and below)
To become a Member, you must make a minimum purchase of RM 10 in a single receipt.
Detailed Terms & Conditions of a Membership
Privilege card members will receive a discount of 10% on the purchase of any Books on presentation of your CzipCard in any CzipLee store in Malaysia.
Prestige card members will receive a discount of 15% on the purchase of any Books (subjected to a minimum purchase of 5 books per title; in which failure to do so, the member will only receive a discount of 10%) with proof of identification with your teachers/educators ID card. This discount card is not valid with any other promotions, value buys or on purchase of Czip Vouchers
CzipCard members can change their contact details and/or terminate their CzipCard by logging onto www.cziplee.com to fill in particulars in the appropriate columns. Otherwise, please approach any of our staff who will assist you.
CzipLee may offer you special offers from time to time. These offers may include additional terms and conditions.
All CzipCards are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash
If you lose or no longer possess your CzipCard please contact our nearest store for a replacement card. This is subjected to a thorough check in our database for your details. We will only replace you with a new CzipCard only if you are an existing member. Minimum charges may apply for the processing of a new CzipCard
However, if we are unable to confirm that you are an existing member, you are required to qualify to be a Member again to apply for a new card.
CzipLee will not issue you with more than one additional CzipCard during the term of your Membership.
If you lose or no longer possess your re-issued CzipCard, your Membership will become void and you are required to qualify according to the respective qualifiers.

CzipLee is not responsible for any inaccurate or incorrect information, either collected upon registration, during the course of the membership, by a CzipLee employee in person or via phone or for whatever technical errors.
Membership to CzipCard requires you to provide information on yourself. CzipLee reserves the right to use and utilize our Membership database for any internal Marketing purposes.
All members’ personal information will be treated with confidentiality and will not be exposed to any third party without member’s prior approval.
In all matters, all decisions of CzipLee will be final and cannot be contested.
CzipLee reserves the right at its sole discretion to change these terms and conditions, the terms of any of its special offers or the CzipCard at any time without notice to you other than a general notice displayed at www.cziplee.com.
