Be prepared to put your mind at ease as CzipLee proudly presents its first ever collaborative Calligraphy and Meditation class with the one and only maestro of the plume, @pascribe!
The Calligraphy & Meditation class will focus on pencil line practice with a guided meditation to work with breathing.
Breathing is the key to all writing. It is what generates even letterforms and good spacing. Similarly, meditation is centered around breathing and being present. In this class, Paul will teach you how to approach your practice from a meditative perspective balancing both conscious and unconscious strokes.
The aim of the practice is to help you connect deeper and more profoundly with this wonderful craft which calls to us. These sessions are for every level of practitioner and you don’t need to be a calligrapher as we will always start with pencils.
Class will be in session Friday 23rd July 2021 from 8pm-10pm. That’s 1.5 hours of mindful practice and 30 minutes of Q & A with Paul the calligraphy guru himself!
